
Nana's Blend Blueberry Muffins
Dry Ingredients
4 1/2 C Wheat 00' Flour
(substitution: whole wheat pastry flour, all purpose flour)
1/3 C Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Tbsp & 2 tsp Baking Powder
Combine all Dry ingredients in large bowl make a well in the center and set aside
Wet Ingredients
1 1/2 C Nana's Blend Tea (Steeped Liquid)
2/3 C Agave Syrup (substitution: Honey)
1/2 C Egg Beaters (substitution: 1/2 C egg whites or 2 whole eggs)
1 C Greek Yogurt
1/2 C Canola Oil (substitution: corn oil or peanut oil)
Combine all Wet ingredients together
Slowly fold wet ingredients into dry mixture until almost combined. Add 
1 1/2 C Blueberries
Mix until just combined. Do Not Over Mix!
Spray muffin pans with non-stick spray or line with muffin cups. Fill with dough aprox 3/4 full and Bake @ 400* for 25-30 minutes for large muffins and 15-20 minutes for regular muffins or unitl toothpic comes out clean.
Recipe makes 12 Large muffins or 24 regular muffins.
